We are delighted to announce that at 12.30 pm on the 29th of April, the Talbot Rice Gallery (the public art gallery of the University of Edinburgh) will be joined by Tina Röck from the Scottish Centre for Continental Philosophy in the context of Meet me at the threshold events that ”brings together the first ten participants of Talbot Rice Residents, a part of the Freelands Artist Programme”.

From the Talbot Rice Gallery website:

”Tina specialises in asking the question of what it means for something to be, a perfect question in the context of Meet me at the threshold, which includes artworks exploring in-between spaces, boundaries and the nature of objects. Using selected works in the exhibition, we shall think about phenomenology and what it means to shift our perspective from being to becoming. Contemplating life sciences, ecological transformations, the role of language and different cultural perspectives, this is a thought-expanding lunchtime tour”.
